45 days, split into three 15-day sprints. Each one ends with something real and deployed. You move forward by building, not by finishing a video.

Sprint 1 · Days 1–15

Foundation

🚀 A real frontend, live on the web

Get comfortable with the tools, the cloud, and how the web actually works — building with AI from day one. By the end you'll have a real website deployed on your own URL.

Days 1–3
Setup & the cloud. Your accounts, GitHub, the editor, and your first deploy on Vercel — live on the internet in week one.
Days 4–8
HTML, CSS & layout. Build real pages and understand structure and design with AI helping you move fast.
Days 9–12
JavaScript & interactivity. Make pages do things — events, logic, working with data.
Days 13–15
React basics & your portfolio site. Components, state, and shipping your first real frontend project.
Sprint 2 · Days 16–30

Product build

🚀 A full-stack web app with auth + DB

Turn a frontend into a real product people can log into. Databases, APIs, authentication and backends — the stuff that makes software actually work.

Days 16–19
Databases. Store and read real data with Supabase / MongoDB. Model your app's information.
Days 20–24
APIs & backends. Build the server side — endpoints, logic, talking between frontend and database.
Days 25–27
Authentication. Logins, sessions and keeping things secure — real user accounts.
Days 28–30
Ship your full-stack app. Put it all together into a deployed product with login + data.
Sprint 3 · Days 31–45

AI & deployment

🚀 An AI product + portfolio, ready to show

Build something with AI at its core — agents, automation, voice or chat — deploy it properly on your own domain, and pull your work together into a portfolio.

Days 31–35
AI agents & APIs. Wire AI into your product — chat, automation, working with models and tools.
Days 36–39
Voice & integrations. Connect external services, add voice (ElevenLabs / Retell), make it feel real.
Days 40–43
Production deploy. Your own domain, environment setup, making it solid enough to show anyone.
Days 44–45
Portfolio & demo. Package your three projects and present what you built.

An honest note on the plan: this is the structure we teach to. Because the batch is small and live, the pace flexes to the cohort — if a topic needs an extra day, it gets one. The destination doesn't change: three shipped projects and a portfolio in 45 days.
