A multi-tenant SaaS where users sign up, authenticate, and get value from an AI feature you built. Has a payment gate. Real users can pay real money. You ship this with a landing page, auth flow, AI generation, and a billing system. This is the hardest thing most developers have never built — you'll have it by Week 3.

CRM — Lead pipeline and sales tracker

A full customer relationship management tool with lead stages, notes, activity log, email integration, and an export pipeline. You design the data model, build the API, wire the frontend, and understand what makes business software different from consumer apps. This is what companies pay agencies ₹5-20 lakh to build. You'll build it in a week.

AI Automation Agent — Background worker

A tool that does something useful without you touching it — reads a source (email, spreadsheet, Slack), runs AI logic on it, and writes output somewhere (ticket, summary, CRM entry, message). You understand what agents actually are, what they can reliably do, and where they fail. The thing that every company is trying to hire for right now.
